What is ARHITEL?
Through more than three decades of work, ARHITEL has become a synonym for an authentic and research approach to contemporary topics that shape society and culture. Our films and shows deal with events and phenomena that are of key importance for understanding the past, the present and the challenges we face.
Where do we show our films?
ARHITEL’s films and programs are broadcast on TV stations in Serbia and across the region. They have been screened at numerous international festivals, and used in journalism schools and symposiums across Europe. Segments from the series "Images and Words of Hate" were even used as evidence before the Hague Tribunal.
Our mission
Our mission is to use documentary storytelling to encourage dialogue, challenge dominant social narratives, and shine a light on topics others avoid.
